Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual for the position of Enterprise Solutions Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging technology and business requirements, engaging with enterprise clients from the initial consultation through successful solution deployment and ongoing support. You will work closely with the sales, product, and implementation teams to design, present, and deliver integrated communication and customer engagement solutions that address client needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate UC and CX solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions
- Design and present solution architectures, technical proposals, and cost estimates
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and responses to RFPs/RFQs
- Lead solution deployment and integration with client infrastructure
- Provide technical training, documentation, and user enablement support
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and ensure smooth handover to support & operational teams
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, maintaining strong client relationships post-deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Pre & Post Sales engineering roles, preferably in Unified Communications, Contact Center, or Customer Engagement (CRM, ERP etc.) domains
- Experience with platforms such as 3CX, Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Mitel, and Microsoft Teams is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver under tight timelines
Nice to Have
- Certifications in UC/CX technologies (3CX Certified, Avaya Certified Specialist, Cisco Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer)
- Experience in solution design and cloud-based communication platforms
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and system integration
